Talking Time to start my winter 5.0 project

1990 MX5 with 190 000 km, looks in decent shape but full tear down will tell all

Parts Cars in the Background ... 94GT and 83 Conv both 5.0 T5 cars

First parts to arrive:
V8 Roadster Sub frame - no mounts / unpainted
Factory Five Axle Shafts
69 Dodge Truck Motor Mounts
New rear disks, came with car.

Still in storage:
T-bird IRS with 3.55 TLok

Lots of other goodies I cant remember, going to be digging through 20 years of Fox Mustang goodies, wife says time to use -em or Junk -em... so my first MX 5 build will start...

Let the party begin!!!

Default One of my other Go - Fast hobbies

I am throttle man on our first sea trials before turning over to Martini Race team. Powered by 2 - 750 HP ILMOR V10's.

Helm on the Vector 40GT. Powered by 2 - 1400 HP supercharged Teague 542's. Runs a touch under 140 MPH at 292 gallons fuel an hr.

I also design / build the interior on the Vectors as well. Just wanted to share a few of my previous builds... looking forward to this build.

Party on!!

Wow, great first thread and introduction. Sounds and looks like you've got a great start on what's gonna be a very well ordered car. Good Luck and welcome aboard!

Yes it is a good intro thread! How do you respond to these amazing super boat photos! I first thought the Martini boat and helicopter shot was of Remote Control toys.. till I studied the chopper a bit more and noticed it was the real thing!! Cool stuff and the red MX5 looks straight and clean from that head on photo shot. Good luck and keep this thread going.

Default Been a very busy end of year for me!!

There will be more updates soon, I have been crazy busy this last month finishing up on a super boat drone for the Israeli Military, possibly some sneak peeks if anyone is interested but I don't want to drift off of subject too far, I have a NDA in place so must be careful and ask permission before I post. As to the Miata Project, getting ready to dive in as I am taking a week off from the world and doing something for me!! More pics to come soon.
Thanks
