I forgot to add that I am not using any of the Mazda wiring to control the cooling fans. I ran 10ga. wire from the starter solenoid (protected with fusible link) to the heavy-duty relay, & on to the fans. I then made another set-up just like it. Relay #1 powers the fans when it is grounded by the temp switch or the dash mounted switch. Relay #2 powers the fans when it gets voltage from the a/c clutch application. I feel as though the Mazda wiring is not large enough to handle the amount of amperage needed to run 2 fans.

I wired in the toggle switch to the wire from the Mazda sensor on the thermostat housing. If the rising coolant temp. does not ground the relay soon enough, I can ground it with the switch. Also, I am not using any of the cheesy Mazda relays. I am using Ford relays. Call me if you have any questions 404-925-6408.
